    I need relaxation meditation for shoulder blade and middle back area. Everyone skips this area in their meditation and relaxation work. Every anxiety I experience from driving in bad weather, to traveling through traffic and busy airports, to dealing with confrontation all cause extreme
    tension and pain here.. it helps to lean on heat and stretch, but that is not often an option when you are experiencing it. Do you have something for this area that I haven't found????
