    I just love this meditation..I am always back to it. When it says thought are just thoughts..they do not own you..how do you know when to believe/trust certain thoughts.. I sometimes have trouble if I should believe a thought or NOT…xoxoxox

    I’ve just found this love it just a question on the breathing is it in out of nose all time .Or breath in through nose out of the mouth.

    I love this meditation. I am here every morning. there are thoughts that comes into my mind. All of them are happy thoughts. Like what happened yesterday that made me happy my mind recall them. Is it normal? Thanks

    What position do I have to sit up. My anxiety is going thru the roof. Idk if is menopause but my bp is high 160 over 100

    Loving this meditation! Can anyway point me in the direction of just sounds like the first part the like screaming voice. You hear it in like programs like last kingdom/game of thrones. It reminds of Egypt strangely but it's so calming and I could listen to that all day! Thank you guys you really are slowing helping me out of this dark place!
