    This is the best meditation I have ever experienced and i have been meditating fot over 50 years. Not all the time but a lot. Today before this one the man in your picture taught me a new way to breathe and relax. I was having so much fear of war. My blood pressure was way up and took it after his new to me way to breathe and it was normal. What a service you do to humanity thank you so much. I will rember the mans name but laughed so much at his introduction I missed it.

    A therapist suggested I listen to this
    I found it a little derivative
    I guess itโ€™s gonna take more than a u tube video to solve a chemical unbalance in the brain in addition to chronic painโ€ฆ
