I'm starting out my morning by doing Morning Pages (automatic writing), writing in my Gratitude Journal and meditating. I feel so much more calm. I recommend it. This video was very soothing. Thank you!

Lowkey got scared when she spoke after the long a** pause like girl I almost felt at the beach but talk about a reality check….. I love the video though I just was a bit shookith…. Fr the relaxation is real✌️😇
