hmm I am finding it hard to "narrow" my field of vision to one item; do you mean to sort of half close my eyes to do so….otherwise really find your voice nice and clear and calming and rest of tape helpful, J.

Very peaceful and relaxing just what I needed for calming my racing negative thoughts. I always get them in the morning. I find meditations and positive affirmations so helpful.
